 : I agree with  , you probably have a signal issue in your home or in your neighbourhood. Give Rogers a call and have them check your signal and that of your neighbours. They can do this remotely while you're on the phone. Here's a post discussing signal. You can also check the signal yourself to see if you're in the ballpark.
