Banner ads are placed there by the broadcaster, not the service provider. That broadcaster can be owned by Bell, or Rogers, or someone else, but changing providers will do nothing to the banner ad because you'll see the same ad, even OTA.

I am trying to sign into the WWE Network app on my phone, but it won't allow me access as it says I am not a subscriber. I am a subscriber as I can watch the channel on my TV, but can use the app to watch any of the features they have. I have the ignite tv package that seems to have disrupted that service
Can anyone give me assistance or has had the same issue?

Welcome to the Rogers Community! We can certainly understand wanting to watch WWE anywhere, anytime through their app. When subscribed to their network via Rogers, you should be able to access any of their online platforms.
To access wwe.com or the WWE app, you must have an active MyRogers account with an active Rogers Anyplace TV account. Are you able to access wwe.com via browser? Feel free to visit https://help.wwe.com/ for additional information.
When you access www.rogers.com, are you able to view your account details after entering your MyRogers credentials?
For further assistance, it would be useful if you could elaborate on the nature of the issue you’re experiencing. Are you attempting to log in on an iPhone or Android device?

Crave HBO and Rogers Movie and TV Listings Completely Useless - Is There An Alternative?
The info available through either the Crave or Crave + HBO channel is utterly useless. I wanted to know if anyone else has identified an alternative service?
A few examples. The "just added" list under Crave is not the same as under Crave / HBO. I often need to scroll through multiple choices ("just added" or "tv series" under both Crave and Crave HBO) to find the program I am looking for. Most obviously "just added" is not in fact "just added" at all: things stay on the "just added" list for months or even years; I need to scroll through dozens and dozens of things that have been on there forever to try and see if there is actually anything new; it is certainly not "just added THIS WEEK" or even "THIS MONTH". A lot of "just added" movies are actually old South Park episodes.
The whole system is basically useless. I appreciate they contract out but presumably they could hire an intern to produce a list of what has actually been just added this week, reconcile the Crave and Crave / HBO menus, make sure movies are actually movies etc. and just manually fix this...
Clearly they have no actual interest in doing this though so I'm wondering if there is a site that actually provides this info? I tried googling it but just got a bunch of generic sites about Rogers and Crave and HBO.

We've been having this problem for many months (in Greenboro/Hunt Club East). At one point it was ok for a few weeks, but now it's back and worse than ever. Had several Rogers technicians here last year (2019) and they did what they could inside and outside the house, including checking signal strength and so on. They found nothing and their efforts were useless.
The problem is the picture becomes pixilated and the audio cuts out briefly, and this happens several times a minute. The problem is mainly on CBC channel 8, though can also be seen on other channels including NBC channel 9. Some days the CBC Ottawa channel is nearly unwatchable. This happens only with the TV running on Nextbox 3.0, not on my (free) over-the-air antenna TV which is crystal clear.
It is truly disappointing that in the year 2020 Rogers is apparently incapable of delivering a quality TV signal and not willing to dig deeper to diagnose and fix the problem for good. But, Rogers doesn't mind charging ridiculously high prices for its substandard service. Thankfully, Rogers customers have many other and far less expensive options these days that don't include Rogers at all.
Any thoughts or advice?

I am also incredibly frustrated as two of the channels that I regularly watched have also disappeared from the app and website for Anyplace TV. TLC (34) and MSNBC (185). No notice & no explanation.

As for TLC. I don't recall seeing anything on that. Perhaps there's an error?
Edit - I just checked and 34 TLC is available on my Anyplace browser.
It’s been over 3 years since this question has been asked and seems like there is no forward movement on making this happen. Can any timeline be given regarding this or will it never happen?
There's also no word yet as to when an Apple TV app might be available for Ignite TV either, or any non-Rogers media streaming set-top box for that matter. Comcast has only just started beta testing an Xfinity streaming app on Roku and some smart TVs but progress towards an Apple TV app seems to have stalled.
Just started watching the episode of good witch on demand and after 25 minutes of the show it started playing the scenes over again. Of course because I do not have a pvr I could not fast forward. Can't wait until I can get bell fibe!
Will Rogers buy back the rights to show EPL (English Premier League) soccer again?

It seems that our collective rage and protests about having to pay DAZN and/ or BEIN , etc..on top of cable, plus having to put up with the inherent weakness of a streamed service from overseas versus Canadian Cable - with our own excellent commentators - are both muted!! For me - it was a must that I see the highest level of play - Barclays Premier and UEFA!! So - I pay DAZN! Even now - when I got nothing for 3 months paying DAZN , while now...well..you know what's on now!? Suffer baby, suffer!!
The problem is rogers customer service/help is non existent. How the company can just ignore all these complaints and not address the root problem mystifies me!!
